At Recorded future we use loads of data that is analyzed with AI and machine learning. From all that data I try to create customer value based on interviews, technical systems and try to show all that data in an easy way. At the same time I tried to create a way to show many different things according to one design system.

I have been working with big parts of telia.se, but mostly with Mitt Telia, self service parts. In this part of the site, the user can login and upgrade their subscriptions, buy more things, or check their invoice. As a UX designer I interviewed, tested, designed, challenged technical solutions and followed up with statistics and improved.

As a consultant I did all from pitching, new design, re:design and content. Often from a brief realized with design and in some cases HTML/CSS. Everything from car rental, auction sites, campaign sites to public web and intranets for authorities.

At ICA I produced lots of ICA Maxi store pages, inspiration pages for ICA Kvantum, which was based on this week’s promotional items. I also held training in EPI server (CMS) for ICA traders and supported these when needed.
