I can’t remember when my interest for design started, but it was early. Creating web pages and UI entered my life in the nineties and have followed me since then.

My creativity was developed at the Gothenburg Art School and theories and working methods at the University of Gothenburg. Although it’s wonderful to work in a art studio, I probably still prefer an office full of coworkers.

Fairly agile phone at Telia

Working with design feels like a luxury, to work with creativity and design as an occupation is special. To add interviews and working with developers, test and product owners/managers fulfills all my social needs.

To understand and find solutions to a users problem is so interesting and giving. At the same time I love learning new techniques to do a better job and explore new possibilities within digital design. During the last ten years I used different software’s, tried different ways to work and designed solutions for different clients and markets. This has given me my own way of working.

Training with the OCR gym

When I’m not working I try to run in the wonderful forests around Jonsered. Nature charges me with energy and calm. Another thing that charges the batteries is to train with the OCR gym and it always outdoors, all year round.

My two sons get all the time when they are with me at half time, then we tend to build Lego, play games or go out for some adventure. Sometimes I get some extra time and then it usually ends up in a game or art project. I used to have a art studio for fifteen years, but now almost everything is digital or produced at home.

Taking a bath in the Congo River

Before Covid19, I traveled a lot to everything from big cities like Bangkok and Berlin, to familiar places like Greek islands and more odd places like Congo Kinshasa. Now I dream of a summer cottage, perhaps in a different way than the traditional one.
